The Customary Land Management Office of the Ministry of Justice and Community Services wishes to recruit a qualified person to the following position:

Purpose: Existing position need to be upgraded to be also responsible for communication, education, outreach including Monitoring and Evaluation
Qualification: Bachelor or equivalent qualification
Special Business Education: Organizational Development, Education, Training and Development of Public Administration
Experience and Skills
- 3-5 years' experience in developing and delivering communication & education, training for trainers and skills in developed skills-based training curricula
Special Skills
- Understanding of Public Service employment rules and procedures and Government procedures and processes • Strong management skills • Excellent verbal and writcen communication skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Public relation
- Analytical, Creative and practical thinker
- Good character & understanding and good work ethics and morale
Language: Must be fluent in English, French and Bislama
