The Customary Land Management Office underwent a restructure in 2014 as follows.

 The Custom Land Management Office employs 16 permanent officers, 3 contract officers and 1 student internship. Our staffs works in all our respective provinces. We have:

• 12 staffs in Port Vila on Efate, the National Coordinator, Principle Custom Land Officer South, Senior executive officer, Land Reform Administrator, Training officer, Database officer, Administration and Finance officer, Custom Land officer Shefa, Driver and admin support officer, Support Registration officer North (Contract), Support Registration officer South (Contract), Support admin and finance officer (Contract)
• 4 staffs in Luganville on Santo, the Principle Custom Land Officer North, the Custom Land Officer Sanma, Support Finance and Admin officer North, 1 student internship.
• 1 staff in Saratamata on Ambae, the Custom Land Officer Penama
• 1 staff in Lakatoro on Malekula, the Custom Land Officer Malampa
• 1 staff in Lenakel on Tanna, the Custom Land Officer Tafea
• and in Sola on Vanualava, the Custom Land Officer Torba
